SIMO is a fully owned subsidiary of Helios Group Inc, a diversified Canadian-based company with extensive experience in managing water and wastewater facilities and networks that have been operating since 1981. Since 1994, Simo is an engineering services company that specializes in facilities management and utility networks.

Our services extend across Canada in provinces such as Ontario, New Brunswick, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia and are continually expanding. Helios Group has over 30 fully or partially owned subsidiaries globally and employs over 1,000 people in Canada. Many of our employees have more than 20 years of direct and continuous experience in the water industry.
